Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Section 1 — Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To use certain parts of our website, including browsing, placing orders, creating an account, or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing address, payment information, shipping address, and other order-related details.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, product colors, prints, appearance, and details may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, browser, and device settings.
We do not guarantee that the appearance, color, fit, feel, or quality of any product will match your expectations exactly or appear exactly as shown on your screen.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and other details are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities of any product offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Nuu-Muu products, including limited-edition prints, may sell out and may not be restocked. We do not guarantee future availability of any print, style, size, or product.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Nuu-Muu reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or modify an order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, address issues, customs or shipping restrictions, or suspected misuse of promotions.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
For eligible unfulfilled orders, customers may be able to request cancellation through Shopify within 15 minutes after placing the order. After that short cancellation window has passed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Nuu-Muu may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order has been accepted, fulfilled, packed, or entered into the shipping process.
If we decline, cancel, or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or other contact information provided at checkout.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order. Cancellation requests must be reviewed by Nuu-Muu. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale, export, or other prohibited use.
Section 4 — Prices, Discounts, Promotions, and Billing
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will generally be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation, unless there is a pricing error, technical issue, or other mistake.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, import charges, carrier fees, or other charges that may apply.
Prices shown online may differ from prices offered at in-person events, local shopping appointments, wholesale accounts, consignment partners, third-party retailers, or other sales channels.
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, automatic discounts, sale pricing, or special offers. Promotions may be subject to separate terms and conditions, including eligibility, expiration dates, product exclusions, order thresholds, non-combinability, and other limitations.
Promotions, discounts, sale pricing, and final-sale pricing are not retroactive and cannot be applied to prior purchases unless we expressly state otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or refuse any discount, promotion, or order if we believe there has been an error, misuse, abuse, technical issue, or violation of promotion terms.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and contact information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 5 — Shipping, Delivery, Customs, and Local Pickup

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, international border issues, incorrect or incomplete addresses, weather, holidays, staffing constraints, government requirements, or other events outside our control.
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside Nuu-Muu’s direct control.
For international orders, customs rules, duties, taxes, tariffs, surtaxes, import fees, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and government requirements may apply and may change. International customers are responsible for reviewing the full checkout total carefully before placing an order.
We do our best to calculate and collect applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees at checkout whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee that no additional customs, tariff, duty, tax, brokerage, carrier, or import-related charges will be assessed after checkout if laws, tariffs, government requirements, carrier processes, customs treatment, or checkout calculations change.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, carrier fees, tariffs, surtaxes, or other charges assessed by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Local pickup and in-person shopping or fitting appointments may be available by appointment only. Nuu-Muu does not currently have regular retail store hours and is not open for walk-in pickup or shopping. Local pickup details are included in our Shipping & Local Pickup Policy.
Section 6 — Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Final Sale Items

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet all return requirements. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, in original/sellable condition, in original packaging when applicable, and not marked final sale.
Items that are worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, scented, exposed to smoke, exposed to pet hair or dander, returned without tags, or otherwise not returned in sellable condition may be refused.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nuu-Muu does not currently process direct exchanges online or by mail. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping costs, return-label costs, duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, import fees, carrier fees, and other charges may be deducted from refunds or may be non-refundable as described in our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
Section 7 — Intellectual Property
Our website and services, including but not limited to trademarks, brand names, logos, text, displays, images, graphics, product descriptions, product reviews, video, audio, designs, print names, website layout, and the selection and arrangement of content, are owned by Nuu-Muu, NM Brands, LLC, our affiliates, or our licensors, and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use our website and services for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website, services, products, trademarks, content, images, or materials without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use any trademark, copyright, patent, trade dress, or other intellectual property of Nuu-Muu, NM Brands, LLC, Shopify, or any third party.
Nuu-Muu’s names, logos, product names, style names, designs, slogans, and related brand elements are trademarks or protected property of Nuu-Muu, NM Brands, LLC, or our licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.
Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans on the website are the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools, apps, payment processors, shipping tools, checkout tools, account features, review tools, marketing features, or other services offered by third parties. These tools may be provided by Shopify or other third-party providers.
We do not control all third-party tools and are not responsible for their performance, availability, accuracy, security, errors, interruptions, or terms.
You acknowledge and agree that access to third-party tools is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party provider.

Nuu-Muu is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Nuu-Muu, operated by NM Brands, LLC.
By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale or purchase between you and Nuu-Muu, including any injury, damage, loss, dispute, refund, return, charge, or issue resulting from purchased products or services.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Nuu-Muu.

Nuu-Muu does not offer phone-based customer support.
We may communicate with you by email, account message, order notification, or other contact method you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information.
Social media comments, direct messages, Messenger messages, or posts are not reliable ways to reach Nuu-Muu for customer support. For order help, shipping questions, returns, exchanges, refunds, or sizing help, please email liveperson@nuu-muu.com.
