The Nuu-Muu shipping fairies typically work their magic within 2–3 days of receiving your order, and delivery to most U.S. addresses within the 50 states takes 3–5 days.

• $150.00 and over — FREE!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Shipping outside of the U.S.)

We LOVE our international customers and are happy to ship across the border and around the globe! Please note that international delivery times vary by destination and may take up to one month. Delays can occur due to customs processing, which is outside of our control, so we recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an order.

Canadian Destinations (DHL):

• $0.01–$249.99 CAD — Rate calculated based on destination
• $250.00 CAD and over — FREE shipping

All Other International Destinations:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier

Canada (DHL – Delivered Duties Paid / DDP)

Orders shipped to Canada via DHL are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) whenever possible. This means applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout, so there should be no additional charges due upon delivery.

While we make every effort to ship Canadian orders DDP, customs and carrier regulations may change or require additional verification, which can occasionally cause delays. If you have questions about duties or taxes on your Canadian order, please contact us prior to placing your order and we’ll be happy to assist.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (All International Orders)

We do our best to calculate and collect applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees at checkout whenever possible using Shopify settings and carrier policies. These charges vary by country and are determined by the destination’s customs authority.

In some cases, duties and taxes cannot be prepaid due to local regulations or carrier limitations. When this happens, the carrier or local customs office may contact you directly to collect any additional fees before delivery.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an international shipment is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, duties, or taxes, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the package is returned to us, any return shipping fees incurred may be deducted from the refund. In some cases, the shipment may be abandoned by the carrier and will not be eligible for a refund.
