Returns (and exchanges)

Nuu-Muu’s success is due to one thing: happy customers! And we want you among them. We would love to understand your experience and welcome your comments/questions at liveperson@nuu-muu.com.

Returns

Our return policy is simple: we will gladly refund your purchase within 60 days (minus any original shipping fees). We do ask that your item(s) be returned in their original condition and that you include a completed Return Form. We process returns on a weekly basis, however it can take up to 3 weeks to see your credit.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your item(s), please return the items that didn't work for you and place a new order. This ensures that you end up with what you really want as quickly as possible. (We sell out of prints and sizes regularly and we don't want you to lose out on your first choice!)
