Returns
Everyone at Nuu-Muu wants you to LOVE your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt (excluding Final Sale and custom printed products) as long as merchandise is returned unworn and in original condition. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us at liveperson@nuu-muu.com with any specific questions related to your return or exchange.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return:
1) Log into the customer portal. Choose the item(s) you wish to return, print the return shipping label & packing slip, and drop it off at USPS. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be reflected in your account once we receive your return package.
2) Contact us at liveperson@nuu-muu.com. We'll gladly help you with the return process and answer any questions you might have.
3) Stop by our Bellingham location during our Retail Hours within the 30-day return window.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you are not the original purchaser, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these conditions.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges online. Please return the item(s) that didn't work for you and place a new order. This ensures that you end up with what you really want as quickly as possible. (We sell out of prints and sizes regularly and we don't want you to lose out on your first choice!) Bellingham locals are welcome to stop by our retail location for on-site exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at liveperson@nuu-muu.com.
Damaged or Blemished Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Custom products (such as special orders, personalized items or print on demand items)
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
