Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Nuu-Muu Dress! If something isn't quite right, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re (a) unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have tags attached and (b) not a final sale item.
How to Start a Return

U.S. customers: Use our online return portal or email us.
A prepaid return label is provided, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. -
International customers: Email us at liveperson@nuu-muu.com for country-specific instructions.

It may take up to two weeks for your return package to reach us.

Once received, we process returns within a few business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may take up to two additional weeks to show the refund.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we can't process exchanges by mail. Please return your item and place a new order. Our inventory often changes quickly, and we want you to get your first choice of print and size.
In-person exchanges are available at our Bellingham, WA retail location.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or wrong, please contact us right away so we can make it right. Please include a picture and description of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, "Everyday Goods" and custom products are not returnable.
